6th Grade Curriculum Overview

Every 6th grade curriculum should include science, social studies, language arts (literacy skills), and math. Also, there’s room to add some electives according to your child’s interest and your state’s requirements. Some of the electives are music, physical education, and  foreign languages,, just to mention a few.

6th Grade Social Studies Curriculum

In 6th grade, social studies curriculum borders around world history and ancient cultures. So, that will take a major part of the classes. Based on the standards, every student must take at least one of them. So, Let’s Read English has divided them into two. Your child has to select only one of them.
